Close your eyes for a moment and think about a place where you once felt warm, nurtured, and loved. Where you felt at home. Open your eyes; you are now in present, and the place is in Glebe in Ottawa. This is a place hidden coyly inside a community centre, a cozy, warm, loving atmosphere with nourishing, mostly organic food. It has been there since 1975! Almost everyone there is a regular, and if you go there once, the chances are you will become a regular. The owners treat you like their guest, not a mere customer. And while you have your meal or coffee, you can take a look at their books by local authors or many leaflets on events supporting arts and crafts in the community. Take a break! You are worth it!
